Egaroucid 7.8, modified for reversi.plyyard.com ================================================ This directory is the Corresponding Source for the files served beside it: ../egaroucid.js ../egaroucid.wasm ../egaroucid.data Upstream -------- Egaroucid by Takuto Yamana and other contributors. https://github.com/Nyanyan/Egaroucid Commit e4bd1db Engine version 7.8 (EGAROUCID_ENGINE_VERSION in src/engine/version.hpp) License: GNU General Public License, version 3 or any later version. The license text is LICENSE in this directory (open it on the web as LICENSE.txt) and ../LICENSE.txt. Modification ------------ Modified 2026-10-07 by Ply Yard for the Reversi site at reversi.plyyard.com. src/engine/ai.hpp The time-limited search can stop between depths and publish the best move found so far. src/engine/hash.hpp Hash size is reduced so the WebAssembly build fits in the browser. src/engine/setting.hpp The transposition table is kept off the stack for the WebAssembly build. src/lib/egaroucid_c_api.cpp Search can run beside the page, stop early, honor a time limit, report live progress, and resize the worker thread pool. wasm-boot.cpp New file. Starts and stops a search, reports progress, and sets the thread count for the browser build. reversi-wasm.patch is the diff of those four upstream files against commit e4bd1db, including the modification notices. The JavaScript that loads the compiled engine and calls it directly is glue/worker-entry.ts. It is part of this combined engine program and is covered by the same GPL-3.0-or-later terms. The rest of the website (pages, rules text, and brand marks) is a separate work. Build ----- build-wasm.sh is the script used from the site repository. It expects the Egaroucid checkout in EGAROUCID_SRC (this directory already contains the modifications) and emscripten on PATH. build-here.sh rebuilds the three files in the parent directory from this tree alone. It needs the Emscripten SDK activated (emsdk_env.sh) and writes ../egaroucid.js, ../egaroucid.wasm, and ../egaroucid.data. Evaluation data --------------- bin/resources/eval.egev2 bin/resources/eval_move_ordering_end.egev These two files are the preferred form of the weights packed into ../egaroucid.data. They come from the upstream bin/resources directory at the same commit and are not regenerated from the C++ sources.
